Under the new rule, passengers will have to pay a penalty of 6 times as much as the amount of money, if they carry more luggage. According to the prescribed criteria, the sleeper class and second class passengers can carry up to 40 kilograms and 35 kg respectively, without extra payment. At the same time, they can carry 80 kilograms and 70 kilograms of goods in parcel office, respectively. Additional goods are kept in the freight train.
